Help a Teen
When you volunteer (or sponsor members) at Soaring Above, you’re helping local teens. These are our kids.
They’re not anonymous, or located on the other side of the world. They’re here. They’re real.
And they need YOU to help them grow and fulfill their true potential.
How Do You Become a Mentor?
To become a mentor, you have to have a back ground check and a desire to want to make a difference in a teen’s life. A mentor is giving an opportunity to make a difference in a teens life by giving one on one time at the center. You have access to board games, pool table, air hockey, foosball, shuffle board, Wii and many other opportunities.
How To Register as a Mentor
We love our volunteers! Please consider partnering with Soaring Above to help our local teens. We need mentors, friends, and study aides to serve our members.

Mentors can help teens navigate the stresses and difficulties of adolescence, simply by being there.
